There is nothing that can come against you today that you can’t overcome, in Christ Jesus. If you are in Him He has given all the weapons you need to defeat the enemy.
Luke 10: 19 "Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you.
Though fiery darts are aimed at God’s people, they will not harm you, for you have authority, and you have angels guarding you, and the Holy Spirit to guide you.
2 Corinthians 2:14 Now thanks be to God who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and through us diffuses the fragrance of His knowledge in every place.
To those who perish, the knowledge of HIM is like a stench, but to us who walk in grace, and declare His word, and allow HIS cleansing in us, it is a sweet fragrance.
He has given us the full armor of God, and all we need to do is receive it. It is no longer I that live, but Christ lives in me. I am alive in Christ, all charges against me are dropped, and the accuser of the brethren, and every foul spirit from Satan is disarmed. No weapon formed against me will prosper.
Colossians 2.13-15 You were dead because of your sins and because your sinful nature was not yet cut away. Then God made you alive with Christ, for he forgave all our sins. 14 He canceled the record of the charges against us and took it away by nailing it to the cross. 15 In this way, he disarmed the spiritual rulers and authorities. He shamed them publicly by his victory over them on the cross. NLT
God truly gives the victory and HIS word will prevail. No other word can compare. People try to imitate it, say kind and interesting things, but we have the scriptures as our guideline. Hide HIS word in your heart so you won’t sin against him. Then your own heart will not convict you.
Whatever you are going through, if you love God, and are called for HIS purpose it will all work for good.
“And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.” Romans 8:28
I am confident that He will guide me, because I yield my will to HIS. We are free to do whatever we want. ANYTHING! But there is blessing in doing HIS will. Our own ways seem right in our own eyes, but the way leads to death. He came to give us life more abundant.
