You've Got It!

Philippians 4: 19 “But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.”

It doesn’t matter what you may need today, our Father is well aware of your needs. He has provided the answer, the solution, the escape, the grace, the strength, the favor, the love, the mind of Christ, the healing, the ability to forgive, the defense against attacks. He knows your daily needs as well. When He created people, in His image, He knew precisely how to preserve your mortal body, and make it function as He designed it. He knows we are emotional beings, and made provision for us to have sound minds “the mind of Christ.” He made provision for every single need you have, regardless of how unique you may think your situation is.

"Just think - you don't need a thing, you've got it all! All God's gifts are right in front of you as you wait expectantly for our Master Jesus to arrive on the scene for the Finale. 8 And not only that, but God himself is right alongside to keep you steady and on track until things are all wrapped up by Jesus. 1 Cor 1:7-8 MSG

" His divine power has given us everything we need for life and godliness through our knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness." 2 Peter 1:3 (New International Version)

There are no exceptions recorded, as far as I know. Rather His word declares in Psalm 84:11 For the LORD God is a sun and shield; the LORD bestows favor and honor; NO GOOD THING DOES HE WITHHOLD FROM THOSE WHOSE WALK IS BLAMELESS. (NIV)

But the worries of this life, the deceitfulness of wealth and the desires for other things come in and choke the Word, making it unfruitful (Mark 4:19). Beloved ones don’t allow anything to come and choke out the word of God in your life.
So get rid of all the filth and evil in your lives, and humbly accept the word God has planted in your hearts, for it has the power to save your souls.” James 1:21 (New Living Translation)

Our vain (or empty) imaginations run away if we allow them. Aren’t we told that we can bring every thought captive, submitted to the truth of God’s Word? Why must we analyze and ruminate, over and over, hurts, lack, insults, injustice, pain, sickness, and all the negatives. How can we remain anxious about the past, present or future, and still be obedient to the exhortation to the church in Philippi?

Philippians 4:6 Be careful (anxious) for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.” He clearly tells us what to do. Then He clearly tells us the result:
Philippians 4:7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.”
Knowing how we struggle with thoughts, He continues to tell us HOW to overcome thoughts that do not benefit us. He instructs us.

Philippians 4 :8 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things."
Our natural, human strength is inadequate, and therefore the Apostle Paul tells us in Ephesians "Be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.”

He knows all your struggles. Again, we are not left without instruction.

"Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. "And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints...." Ephesians 6:10-18

The emphasis is on having God’s strength, and putting on what HE has given us, in order to fight our enemy. Satan will attack in every possible area of our lives to try to separate us from the living God and cause division among us.

So "do not be surprised at the painful trial you are suffering, as though something strange were happening to you, but rejoice that you participate in the sufferings of Christ..." (1 Peter 4:12-13)

Believing Jews and Christians, who have been tortured for their faith, testify to the supernatural strength, even the joy, that enables them to endure unthinkable pain. We were never promised that we would not experience pain, and testings of diverse types. Yet we know"that in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us” (Romans 8:37)

Philippians 4:11 “…for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content.”

Ephesians 1:18 (New International Version) "I pray also that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints."

Father, in Jesus’ name open our eyes that we would be enlightened to the truth of your word. Help us to understand the hope to which you called us, and to accept and walk in our inheritance. We want to show forth your glory in our lives. We thank you for victory in every circumstance. We thank you for healing of body, mind, and soul.
In Jesus’ name.
